Founded in Tokyo in 2016, Kansai Noguchi Studio fuses contemporary and experimental techniques with time-honored traditions.
The 'JOMON' series combines the beauty of Japanese glazing with shapes inspired by ancient Greece and the Jomon period (Japan's neolithic period dating back as early as 10,000 BC - considered to be among the earliest known forms of pottery).
Each piece is one-of-a-kind and handmade in the artist's Tokyo studio.
