Return Policy
We are able to accept returns on certain items, as messaged on the product detail page, located in the “Returns” section.
Items marked “refundable” can be returned (in their original, undamaged condition) within 14 days of delivery. If you choose a return for store credit, return shipping is free! If you would like a return to your original form of payment, we charge a restocking fee equal to 15% of the item’s full retail price before discounts or promotions. In either case, we do not reimburse for the original cost of shipping.

Information about the pillows
John Sheppard Studio is a lighting design and ceramics practice exploring the tension between geometric precision and handmade imperfection, and the balance between sculpture and function.
Equally inspired by architecture, the urban environment, and the natural world, the studio’s work is characterized by clean geometric shapes built from ceramic slabs and extrusions.
Founded in 2013 with a small assortment of objects, the collection has since expanded to focus on lighting and sculptural work.
